I find this to be an odd moment being as young as I am and only game from about the age of 4, I am relitively new to gaming. Now I have played retro games but I find they haven't influenced me, sure I spent most of my days playing the Mega Drive (or genesis in the U.S) but I don't recall any of those games making me who I am as a gamer today. Now my list is in no particular order.

Metal Gear Solid: I played this when I was 7 or 8 and I like to think i understood *most* of the story, but I proably didn't. Now i what I love about this game is that I get so immersed into it, when i played it the first time I played it I really felt like I was "Solid Snake" and it has been like that for every Metal Gear Solid after that, I remember after playing metal gear Solid 4 for 2 months solid, I was walking my dog when a cow in a field near me moo'd, I dived into a bush scared shitless, thinking a Gekko is gonna get me. I just really love the story, it just Wow'd me at that time, and still dose.

Disgaea: Hour of Darkness: really can't word myself about this game, I just love the characters, the crazy story and the, in my option, amazing gameplay. Every game after it has just added to the amazing gameplay.

BioShock: I loved the story of this game, it's got everyhting you want in it, it draws you in and spits you out and you just love it all the more. The set piece's are so well set up, the game points you at a shiny plasmid, your all "Oh a shiny plasmid *take*" you turn around and theres a Splicer staring at you, making your heart lunge out your mouth, making you flail around trying to catch it, so you can continue playing it. It really give's you almost everything you want in a game, you know, barr the infinite legion of girlfriends.

Zone of the Enders: When I got this first I didn't know it was another Kojima game. Now I know this is not the best game in the world, but its tight, I find the gameplay moves very smoothly and at the same time its still fast paced, like a hack and slash should be, the story is not the best in the wold but its enough to keep me interested and wanting more. And it world really well for what it is, I'm influenced by this game becasue I find that everything works as a whole.

Overlord II : Now I know you all must be thinking why this game is here and I have a good reason. It sucks. With the good, must come the bad. And I find this to be the worst of all the bad, I got it because the demo made me laugh and it seemed fun, but the real game is a load of crap! its the same thing with a different background. This game has influenced me doe, it showed me how bad games can be and how bad games will be, I have this in my top five as a lesion to myself. I haven't fully found the meaning of this lesion yet, but I know this game has show'n me to never trust any hype and always make up my own mind, by playing the game, it may be bad but, everyone has to learn there tastes in games. And this one helped me lean more about mine.

Aaah Zone of the Enders was an epic game when it came out, I remember pounding quite some hours into that. It had really addicting gameplay.
I kind of wish I had played Zone of The Enders. However the PSone/PS2 was my brother Robin's console. So... I never really got to touch it, as he was _exceedingly_ possessive of it. Like most of his possessions.
